Are all objects handmade?
Yes, at Carlota Studio each object is made by hand and in small quantities.
There are subtle variations in shape, colour or finish as part of the process which makes every piece unique.
All objects are made with care and intention, but designed to be used, worn and lived with. Please note that small signs of wear are part of their life.
How do you approach sustainability?
At Carlota Studio we approach sustainability through small, considered decisions. By producing in limited quantities and working by hand, we aim to reduce excess and stay close to the materials we use.
It’s an ongoing process - one we care about and continue to learn from.
How to take care of your zamak object
Zamak is a metal alloy with a smooth finish that requires a bit more attention than wood.
To maintain its appearance, clean your object regularly with a soft cloth. You can also use a slightly damp cloth with warm water, making sure to dry it afterwards to prevent marks.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.
We offer free shipping within Europe on orders over 60€
Can I pick up my order in Amsterdam?
Local pick-up may be possible in Amsterdam.

When will I get my order?
We will work to process your order as soon as possible within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
